Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Posh Hair Therapy for your beauty needs. We understand that sometimes, unexpected situations may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, as a small business, we rely on our appointment as an honor to keep our business running smoothly. Therefore we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Running late: If you are 15 minutes late you will be charged a 45$ LATE FEE after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to pay the late cancellation fee. Please be on time for your appointment to get the full experience. Every minute late takes away from the time we have to provide the ultimate Experience.
Deposits: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE NON REFUNDABLE If you have an appointment booked and you decide to reschedule or cancel you would have to pay another deposit.
No-Show Fees:
If you fail to show up you will not receive your deposit back, nor will you be able to book for future services. You will be charged 99% of the service fee.
Refunds: NO REFUNDS on any services
Cancellation Fees: if you cancel your appointment day of your appointment a 50% charge will be applied to the card on file.
If you cancel your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to pay another deposit if you decide to reschedule. All forms of extension’s deposits and other hair services deposits are NONE-REFUNDABLE.
Tape-ins/ wefted microlinks / micro-loops if you received anyone of these services and experience any issues with your service you have 3 days after you received your service to let us know if you have any issues occur, please send pics of proof the day issue occurs. And we will gladly fix the issue, If pics are not sent same day as occurred issue you forfeit Posh Hair Therapy from redoing services over free of charge.
(If we decide on refunding any hair such as bundles, tape-ins or micro-loops it will take 30-90 days to receive refund of the hair. )Hair must be sent back to Posh.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will make exceptions for extreme circumstances. However, we kindly ask you to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
